General Policies

MINIMUM ORDERS AND DELIVERY
– Minimum orders of stock items are $300.00
– We can arrange for local deliveries at a competitive cost.

CUSTOM ITEMS
– Custom run items are available on a make & ship only basis.  This means that once your order is placed (given that volumes meet production quantity), your merchandise will be shipped directly to your door from our factories overseas.
– Minimum orders will differ based on the size of each product, please contact a Silver Spur Corporation sales associate for more information on your custom item.
– The lead time for a custom item is ~120 days from day of order, but sometimes much faster depending on mold availability and scheduling.
– Once your container(s) of merchandise hits the water, the lead time is approx. 90 days until it reaches our Cerritos warehouse.

PAYMENT
– We accept company checks, money orders, and cashier checks.  COD is also acceptable in some cases, please inquire if you are interested.
– We do NOT accept credit cards or personal checks.
– A resale certificate is required for non-tax transactions.

SHIPPING
 Customers arrange their own logistics/trucking companies to pick up their merchandise from our warehouse in Cerritos CA, 90703.
– If you are a new business and do not have a logistics company that you currently work with, a Silver Spur Corporation account representative can assist you with your first delivery.

UPS DELIVERIES
– If you plan to place a small order of glass product, we DO NOT recommend shipping via UPS.  Because of our bulk glass packaging, breakage is likely to occur during rough handling of packages; in this case, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for damaged or broken merchandise.

SAMPLES REQUESTS
– Samples are shipped UPS ground, carefully packaged to avoid breakage.  If you place an order for samples, you will receive either an email or a telephone call to confirm that your request has been received and directed to a sales representative.  If you do not receive a reply from our representatives within 48 hours, please contact us by phone (562) 921-6880 or email an account representative.
– Samples arrive within 3-5 business days.
